Group exercise training is a great way to achieve a great workout in a social setting, where your peers can help motivate you!  Research shows that individuals are achieve more success with their workouts if they are motivated and individuals

are more accountable if they know their peers are depending on them! Below, the class types and days and times are listed.

Group Training can be purchased by the package price or by the drop in price.  The group training rates are as follows:

$10.00 – Drop In Rate

$40.00 – 4 class package

$50.00 
– 6 class package

$75.00 –  8 class package

$99.00 – Unlimited class package
